How long does it take to activate my Bancontact Pro account?
Bancontact Company starts processing your request immediately upon receipt.
Payment solution providers such as Bancontact Company NV are legally required to conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD process).
You will receive an email when your account has been activated. Under optimal conditions, this should take no more than five working days.
