I changed banks, what do I need to do?
If you changed banks or in case your bank merged into another bank, you can most likely continue using the app if you have a Bancontact card.
In most cases, your bank card details will automatically be updated for your new card in case of expiration or malfunction. In other cases (lost or theft), you need to relink your card to the app. Here’s how you can do so.
